By using the Randallivo Co. website or renting a dumpster from us, you agree to these terms.
Each dumpster rental is governed by the written rental agreement provided at booking. That agreement sets the container size, rental window, base rate, weight allowance, overage rate, and prohibited materials.
The following materials are prohibited from all rentals: liquids, oil, paint, gasoline, tires, batteries, hazardous or medical waste, asbestos, and refrigerant-containing appliances that have not been evacuated. Renter is responsible for contamination charges resulting from prohibited materials.
Our drivers place plywood or 2x8 boards when requested to protect driveways. Renter assumes responsibility for damage caused by requesting a placement on unsuitable surfaces.
Randallivo Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the rental. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental in question.
